JumpCraft was originally developed by someone who wanted to enable others to express their creativity in the form of a game, while sparing the pain of having to code a game from scratch. Inspiration came from Microsoft Paint, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Photoshop -- some of the most intuitive and well-known software.

Some of the files included with JumpCraft were not created by First Productions, Inc. Their credits are included in the folders containing them.
